Mello Dark 80
My highly acclaimed stone ground Peru origin dark 80 chocolate.
While most consumers expect a dark chocolate to be bitter, this bar is ultra smooth with a deeply mellow chocolatey flavour. It all comes down to sourcing high caliber ingredients and the craft of processing those ingredients into fine chocolate. Everything I make is a cut above conventionally manufactured chocolate; within my product lineup, my Mello Dark bar illustrates this fact most clearly.
Ingredients: Cacao liquor, cacao butter, cane sugar, vanilla.
VEGAN & FREE OF dairy, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, or GMOs.
